Nutland Amaranth Flakes are a creamy colour, which has a gentle nutty flavour. They can be used alone as a breakfast cereal or used in muesli. They are great for baking everything from cakes, to muffins & cookies. In baking it makes mixtures moister & is also good as a thickener in soups, sauces, & other liquid dishes.
